What is the typical lead time for custom furniture orders?
Most of our custom-made pieces are handcrafted to order and typically ship within 6 to 8 weeks. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item leaves our workshop.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes, we offer 'White Glove Delivery' for an additional fee, which includes professional assembly in your room of choice and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
Standard home decor items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Please note that custom-upholstered furniture is non-refundable.
Can I request fabric swatches before making a purchase?
Absolutely. We offer up to five complimentary fabric swatches so you can see and feel the materials in your own lighting before committing to a large furniture piece.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Harvey Furnishings ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and item weight.
How should I care for my solid wood furniture?
To maintain the beauty of your wood pieces, we recommend dusting with a soft, dry cloth and avoiding direct sunlight or proximity to heat sources, which can cause warping or fading.
