At Harvey Furnishings, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all returned furniture remains in its original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes, including all hardware, instruction manuals, and protective padding to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup at your convenience; for smaller accents, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to confirm their condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
